I see therapy as a collaborative process, where we work together to make the changes in your life that you want to make.

Our goal will be to replace old patterns: patterns of behavior, of thinking, and of relating to family, romance, and work. These old patterns might have served us well at some point, but now we have to develop new ones.

Replacing old patterns isn’t easy. Sometimes we need support, encouragement, and guidance.
